  1. View: Staff can see gift card details without the ability to make changes.
  2. Create and Edit: Staff can generate and modify gift cards.
  3. Export: Staff can export gift card data for reporting or other uses.
  4. Deactivate: Staff can deactivate gift cards, controlling active balances.

For any team members who already had gift card permissions, all four new settings will be enabled by default, ensuring there’s no disruption. You can now adjust these individually as needed, providing greater security and control over gift card management.
