Solutions
The ecommerce experience was rebuilt around the customer the brand needed to win next. Through persona workshops and strategic alignment, the team clarified how younger, health-conscious shoppers discover, evaluate, and choose wellness products online.
From there, the Shopify experience was restructured across navigation, collection pages, product detail pages, inline education, custom graphics, and guided selling tools, including a product quiz to reduce decision friction for first-time buyers. Flexible templates were also created so the internal team could update product imagery and packaging as the brand evolved, giving the business a more scalable foundation for continued ecommerce growth.
